Below you can find the dates for Opwekking and De Betteld in the first half of 2026.

DE BETTELD: 24 April - 2 May 

During the May school holiday, there is an opportunity for our youth in BRAVE to serve “on team” and help lead in the kids’ ministry at De Betteld, a large Christian conference. If this is on your heart for your teen, pray, save the dates, and look out for more information from Janneke and the team in the new year.

Perhaps you also want to go to the conference as a family? If you haven’t been before and have questions, email us, and we will connect you with those in The Garden who go each year.

OPWEKKING 2026: 22 - 25 May

Every year, more than 60,000 people gather at Buidenhuizen for an unforgettable weekend full of worship, teaching (for adults, youth and kids), deepening faith, fun and friendship: oh, and camping!

And in 2026, we will camp together, as a large group from The Garden, with as many young people from BRAVE and GROW as possible. To ensure that we can book on 1 February, we do need to know confirmed numbers before the end of January - hence the advance notice. But if you have not been before, and want to get more of a feel of what to expect: the worship, teaching, site and “vibe” - have a look at their YouTube content here.
