Someone from our ministry will take some time to visit sick or in-need members.

Whenever a member of our congregation is in need, we coordinate a meal train.

We love everyone that walks through our doors and try to follow-up as soon as we can.

RECEPTIONIST
During the week, we handle church calls, emails, respond to inquiries from the public, provide church info and greet visitors.
SECRETARIAL DUTIES
We act as the executive assistant to the pastoral team and aid in organizing their agenda.

We are responsible for facilitating the day-to-day office operations, manage use of the church building, and provide practical support to church leadership, both volunteer and paid.
FINANCE MANAGER
Manages accounts payable and accounts receivable, handles all financial transactions, records receipts and make Compile and generates monthly financial reports for the elders & pastors.
HR / PCO ADMINISTRATOR
We maintain and update the church database in PCO (planning center online) and are the link between church members and pastoral team.

Handles everything pre- and post-service, such as opening & closing of the building, making sure that all teams setup and are ready for a smooth Sunday Service.

Responsible of being friendly and walking around in the lobby / foyer / sanctuary and are there to greet, engage and welcome everyone without asking any questions. They are

Decoration Team
We create a welcoming atmosphere via the interior and exterior décor of the church property marked with an aesthetic appeal that represents ICTG. Create or purchase decorative materials needed for Sunday services, special occasions and/or holidays.

Sanctuary Ushers
We stand ready to greet people, assist anyone in church who might need help, to aid latecomers in finding a seat, inform those in the sanctuary of any urgent matters, are

Assistant Usher
(VIP ushers/Assistant ushers): We provide hospitality services to visiting pastors & special guests alike by catering to their needs while visiting ICTG (example: water bottles, tissues, sermon props (items, chairs, pulpit), adjustment of mic/sound volumes, arrangements of to & from transportation). They also relay messages/requests from pastors to other teams during a Sunday

We handle the upkeep of all property and equipment that belongs to a church (grounds, roof, walls, floor, offices). We are ‘the handymen’ that keep the church and its entire premises functional, safe and

To create an atmosphere of praise and worship, following the promptings of the Holy Spirit while effectively leading the people closer to God through songs. Our ultimate audience is Jesus, but we seek to bless the people by bringing them along with us in this journey of praise

To provide technological solutions in the practical side of Sunday mornings to ensure a smooth service. Audio Team sets
up & tears down all sound & musical equipment while also controlling volumes to guarantee good sound levels.

Video/Livestream

Screen Projection/Beamer
To visually accompany the congregation in the act of praise and worship during Sunday services, by displaying on the screen the lyrics of the songs, the sermon messages and announcements of all church activities and/or important events. Be present during worship team rehearsals and activities.

Design Team
To create eye-catching & effective design concepts that will make a Godly impact on our local church, our guests and the community around us. To creatively convey a clear message be it via print material or digital content for all our social media platforms. Responsible for safe-guarding the branding style. Serves with and for all teams in church.

We are responsible of capturing pictures and short video clips to produce original, creative, digital content for our social media platforms that glorify God and bless the church. We works alongside the Photography Team & Design Team.
Newsletter Team
We work directly with the
Communications Ministry to ensure the production and distribution of a monthly digital newsletter by collecting text and artwork that clearly communicates essential information to the church. We work in close proximity to the Design Team, Copywriting Team, Translation Team & Photography Team.

Website Team
Create and maintain well designed, highly responsive, and secure website that communicates the personality of ICTG. Manage updates to the church’s website. Utilize google analytics to track user statistics and any goals/campaigns. Help

MC Team
We are the face of ICTG plus the first impression on visitors and members alike. We are to be personable, calm, happy, collected and confident. We are responsible of effectively communicating information to the congregation in a friendly & clear manner, whether live or on video. Must work in close proximity to the beamer, social media & design teams to be well informed of all current and upcoming events and extra details.
Translation Team
To provide simultaneous translation via Bluetooth headsets for those who prefer to listen to the sermon (and announcements) in a language of their choosing. Help out speakers and other church teams in translation of text content

Copy Writing Team
We work directly with the Communications Ministry to ensure that the written voice of the church remains unified in its messaging and tone on all internal and external platforms. Our focus is to clearly communicate the core message while staying up to date with current digital advertising and marketing trends. Some copy maintenance is done weekly, some done on a monthly basis and some other on request.
Photography Team
To capture beautiful shots that depict who we are and what we do during our services and special events in order to create a usable database of images for our website, print material and social
media platforms. Works alongside the Social Media Team.
